1. Program Purpose

The Quick Turn Sprint (“Sprint”) is a 14-day training and implementation challenge designed to help participants take consistent action in real estate investing. The Sprint provides guidance, tools, and accountability.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Resilient Media LLC dba Quick Turn Real Estate, its owners, coaches, or affiliates do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results—financial, personal, or otherwise—through participation in the Sprint. Your success depends on your own effort, market factors, and circumstances beyond our control.

3. Educational Use Only
All materials, trainings, templates, and strategies shared during the Sprint are provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence and decision-making.

4. Participant Responsibility
You agree to:

Take full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.

Complete the activities to the best of your ability.

Use the provided resources only for your personal use and do not distribute them without expressed written permission.

5. Guarantee & Money-back Policy

We reward action-takers. The Sprint includes a conditional, action-based guarantee.

What You Get

Default Guarantee: 100% program credit toward the next Sprint or an advanced Quick Turn program if you complete all requirements and do not achieve the Defined Outcome.

Outcome Insurance (Optional Add-On at checkout): If offered and purchased, you may choose a cash refund instead of credit if eligible. The Insurance fee is non-refundable and excluded from any refund.

Completion Requirements (all must be met):

Training: Attend all live sessions or watch replays within 24 hours.

Tracker: Submit your daily tracker to support@quickturnre.com no later than the 14th day of your sprint, on time.

Door Outreach: Log at least 30 new seller contacts during the Sprint.

Desk Outreach: Log at least 100 marketing mailers being sent during the Sprint.

Offers: Engage in negotiations with any potential sellers in a timely manner and log any  follow-ups with potential sellers.

Defined Outcome (anyone qualifies):

1 scheduled call negotiation with a potential seller lead, or

3 logged price responses from sellers from offers made, or

one signed letter of intent from a seller to continue negotiations for a property sale

Proof of Completion

Tracker exports, at least 2 QuickTurn tagged social posts, screenshots, call logs, and offer/counteroffer documentation.

We may request additional verification.

Claim Process

Submit within 3 days of Sprint completion via support@quickturnre.com.

We review within 3 business days.

Claims with missed deadlines, incomplete logs, or falsified proof are void.

Maximum liability equals the amounts paid for the Sprint (excludes incidental costs, add-ons, and any Insurance fees).

You agree to resolve refund requests through this process before initiating any dispute or chargeback.

Definitions

“Seller contact” = unique prospect with valid contact info.

“Real conversation” = two-way exchange (call/text/email/DM) beyond first touch.

“Offer” = written price + terms (Letter of Intent) sent to seller/agent.

6. Intellectual Property
All Sprint content (videos, documents, templates, and communications) is the property of Resilient Media LLC dba Quick Turn Real Estate. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own participation. Access may be revoked if policies are violated.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resilient Media LLC dba Quick Turn Real Estate’s liability is capped at amounts you paid for the Sprint. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Resilient Media LLC's Quick Turn Sprint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
